Processing Time

Most orders are handcrafted and shipped within 3 business days of purchase (excluding Sundays and holidays). During busy seasons or for larger custom orders, processing may take a little longer, but we'll always keep you informed if there is a delay.

Shipping Methods

We ship all orders via FedEx. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Typical transit time is 1–5 business days after your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates

We use flat-rate shipping based on the size and weight of each product. The applicable shipping cost is displayed on each product page and at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Free In-Store Pickup

We are happy to offer FREE in-store pickup for local customers. Simply select Local Pickup during checkout. We'll notify you as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

Shipping Locations

At this time, we ship within the United States only.

Our listed shipping rates apply to the contiguous United States. If you need an order shipped to Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us before placing your order so we can provide a shipping quote.

Shipping Address

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of both the item and the packaging. We'll work with you to make things right as quickly as possible.
