Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and any packaging (if applicable)

We will review the issue promptly and work with you to make it right. 

Personalized Items

Because each piece is made specifically for you, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

• Spelling, dates, or information submitted incorrectly by the customer

• Design choices that were approved before production

• Normal variations in natural materials, including stone, wood grain, color, texture, and engraving, which make each piece unique
