NEW, This can include unopened products in original packaging, and products that have never been used
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Exchanges
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email us within 30 days of receiving your product to begin the process.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

This happens when the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit or they no longer want the item then WE DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS.

Refunds
