Returns and Shipping

Return Policy. We accept returns due to workmanship for and will provide a full refund. The customer is responsible for returni the item and refunds will be provided upon reciept of the item. Please note: We design your stone to your approval and faithfully reproduce the design you approve. Your stone is carved by hand and may vary slightly. Colors of the stones also vary.

Shipping. Your stone is carved and shipped within 2-3 business days after proof approval. We ship UPS ground and UPS delivery can take up to a week once we ship. We only ship in the continental United States. Sorry, No Alaska or Hawaii.
